One-to-One Tutoring

In this program, tutors conduct personalized sessions with individual students based in US, UK, Canada, and India. These sessions are scheduled shift-wise based on student availability and tutor convenience. Each tutor provides focused attention, concept clarity, and personalized academic guidance.

Work Setup & Shifts

This is a work-from-home opportunity, allowing tutors to teach from the comfort of their homes. Tutors will be assigned fixed shifts of 4 hours or 6 hours as per the discussion and mutual agreement with the HR team. Stable internet connectivity, laptop/PC with webcam, and a distraction-free environment are mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-to-one online tutoring sessions as per scheduled shift.
  • Prepare and deliver lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments according to the curriculum.
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit each student’s learning pace and academic goals.
  • Maintain session quality and regular feedback reports for student progress.

Training & Platform Orientation

After selection, tutors undergo platform training to learn about the TutorArc LMS, digital tools, and session handling process. This ensures a smooth transition into live teaching and uniform class delivery standards.

Earning Potential

Tutors under One-to-One Tutoring can earn between ₹40,000 to ₹1,50,000 per month, depending on subject, grade level, shift hours, and session performance.

Payout Structure

  • 1. Login Pay: Payment based on total active login hours on the teaching platform.
  • 2. Utilization Pay: Payment for the number of classes successfully conducted with students.
  • 3. Peak Hour Pay: Additional incentives for teaching during high-demand time slots.

All payout details are available in the tutor’s dashboard panel, based on subject and grade.

Selection Procedure – One-to-One Tutoring

The selection process is designed to evaluate knowledge, teaching ability, and communication through three rounds:

  1. Round 1 – Screening Test (MCQ Based): Objective test assessing subject knowledge, comprehension, and teaching aptitude.
  2. Round 2 – Main Test (Subjective Based): Written test evaluating problem-solving, concept delivery, and understanding of teaching methodology.
  3. Round 3 – Interview & Demo Session: Personal interview and demo to assess communication skills, presentation, and subject clarity.

After submitting your application, the HR team reviews the profile. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly by the HR department for the next steps in the selection process. If shortlisted, all further information, including test schedules and interview dates, will be shared personally by the HR team.
